Nathan was now slightly on edge, not only having to listen to the soft, steady beating of her heart, but feel it against his chest as well. Her scent filled his nose, all but driving him insane. He noticed a change in her heart rate and knew that she was awake, but he looked straight ahead as he pulled open the door to the dorm building, and walked inside.

She was feeling a lot better now so she tugged on the... shirt? Yeah, shirt. "A... Could you put me down?"

Nathan nodded slightly as he set her down, then walked past her, quickly disappearing into the shadows with the intention of her not seeing him.

Mack watched him walk quickly past her. In fact, she stared at the shadows for a couple of seconds. She blinked for a couple of seconds "O-kay... This was weird. But thanks anyway" she said, knowing that he probably couldn't ear her. She sighed as she walked up the stairs to her room.

Contrary to what she thought, Nathan heard her perfectly. He took another stairwell up to his floor and returned to his room, dropping onto his bed and looking up at the ceiling, thinking. He could still smell her, and it was irritating him.

For the second time in that night, she opened the door quietly. She glanced to Pandora and then to Ashley, making sure they were both sleeping. Then she grabbed clean clothes and went to the bathroom to change, leaving the dirty and wet clothes on the floor although what she really wanted to do was burn them. She walked to her bed and slumped on it, closing her eyes. She wanted to know more but right now her mind was too slow and blurry for her to be able to think straight. She tried to sleep, but her body refused to; her veins were still full with adrenaline.
