-Bio-
Kelvin, her father, was a fugitive of the law. He robbed a bank before he met Mandy, the children`s mother. He did it to get into a vault where he thought the Colt was. He was wrong. He skipped bail and continued hunting. Kelvin was obsessed with hunting. A demon had killed his first daughter and previous wife. He found out that the demon was Lilith and, like the Winchesters, wanted her dead instead of just sent back to hell.
He was a friend of John`s when he was alive. That`s how he met Mandy, a woman who John had saved on a hunt, but she had lost her son. They got married and started hunting together and had a daughter, Tricia, who was taken by the police because Mandy and Kelvin were wanted for various things they did while hunting, Kelvin also for the robbery and skipping bail. They broke out, but couldn`t get Tricia back.
Eight years later, Mandy had twin girls, Michelle and Kaitlyn. This time Kelvin decided to keep his kids` names off the records. The kids were born at home and never even known about by the government. He assumed they would be hunters anyway. He did this with all of his children.
Growing up, all the kids heard about was Tricia and hunting from their father. Their mother was better, but she was killed when her son was only two years old. Ironically, she wasn`t killed by something supernatural. She died in a tornado that the family ran into on a hunt.
After she died, their dad was devastated. He sold the house in New Hampshire, which they were rarely at anyway due to hunting. He wanted the children to become hunters; there weren`t tornadoes in New Hampshire, he always told them, so this was still the demons` faults. The children were trained and trained and yelled at and occasionally hit, even beaten. They were lucky that their father found out about the academy and decided to send them there.
Kaitlyn and Michelle were the oldest, and taking care of food, clothes, the kids, etc. was their job. Michelle helped with the work, but the 'parenting' part was left to Kaitlyn as well as her share of the work. Michelle was a difficult child, which was always Kaitlyn`s fault somehow or another. Kaitlyn was later diagnosed with depression after she tried to kill herself. Her father saw it as one of two things: either she was weak or she was trying to get attention, either way he resented her for it.
